Exporting Your Passport Data

DPP Cloud lets you export your passport data in multiple formats for use in ERP systems, audit documentation, supply chain partners, or your own records.

Export formats

Format	File type	Best for
CSV	.csv	Importing into spreadsheets, ERP systems, or other databases. Flat structure, one row per passport.
JSON	.json	Integrating with APIs, developer tools, or systems that consume structured data. Nested structure preserving all field relationships.
PDF	.pdf	Audit documentation, compliance records, and sharing with partners who need a human-readable document.

How to export

Single passport: On the passport detail page, click the Export button (top right) and select the format.

Multiple passports: On the Passports list, select passports using the checkboxes, then click Export Selected and choose the format. All selected passports are bundled into a single file.

All passports: On the Passports list, click Export All.

What is included in the export

Exports include all Annex XIII data fields, passport metadata (status, creation date, passport number, GTIN), and supply chain actor information. Internal DPP Cloud data (team member activity, edit history) is not included in exports.

⚠️30-day data export window after cancellation

If you cancel your DPP Cloud subscription, you have 30 days to export all your passport data. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. Export everything you need before cancellation takes effect.
